Our firm is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a certifying acceptance agent in order to assist our clients and the public with applications for Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITIN). Our firm has provided this service for decades and can efficiently apply for and receive an ITIN for even the most complex situation.

Our unique status as a certifying acceptance agent allows our firm to certify your identity to the IRS in connection with preparing and filing your ITIN application. This process allows you to keep your personal identifying documentation (usually your passport) which would otherwise generally be mailed to the IRS and held at their facility for 6-8 weeks.

In addition, applying for an ITIN is challenging as there are many special rules and considerations, and the ITIN unit of the IRS routinely rejects applications. Our firm has worked with the ITIN unit at the IRS for decades; we know all of the special rules and are experts in having ITIN applications accepted on the first attempt.

If you are interested in applying for an ITIN with our firm, please call Devan Friday or Yuemei Liang. Please note that our firm charges a flat rate of $2,000 for each application.

If you would like us to help you obtain an individual taxpayer identification number (an ITIN), please download a copy of the form W-7 (see below) and a copy of IRS Publication 1915 (see below). Complete the form W-7 and read the publication for more information about ITINs.

Send the form W-7, the notarized copy of the identification and the federal income tax document that requires that you have an ITIN to us (Our Address). We will review everything for completeness and accuracy. We will then prepare a letter to the Internal Revenue Service certifying the application and send it to the IRS via certified mail. We will then monitor the progress of the application. Our fees for this service are a flat fee of $2,000 per application.
