Recruiting
We seek top-level accounting graduates who have a passion for accounting and a thirst for knowledge. The majority of accountants are recruited directly from colleges and universities at very beginning of their careers. We look for a minimum GPA of 3.2 with mostly As in core accounting subjects.

New team members activity participate in staff meetings, have a voice in making firm-wide decisions, and direct client interaction. You will immediately work on substantive, interesting projects from day one.
Professional Development
Each accountant creates their own personal development program that best complements their individual strengths, interests, and responsibilities. All of our accountants are curious, eager to learn, and quickly become certified as CPAs. Each accountant later completes a Masters in Taxation and a Certificate in International Tax, with full tuition support.
